Higher Grounds is a MUST stop for anyone living in Pagosa Springs or passing through. They have excellent coffee, burritos and baked goods. They also sell pottery from Villa Grove, CO that is hand made and amazing! I have gotten numerous Christmas Gifts here along with hundreds of lattes!

I drive through Pagosa a lot and always stop in to Higher Grounds for a great latte in the morning. The shop is a great meeting place and features computers, sweet coffee mugs and kitchen accessories and a patio. The staff is always super friendly and the coffee is awesome!
