I was very excited when a group of friends decided to celebrate a birthday at Digs but sadly ended up extremely disappointed! Right off the bat we were told that they didn't have a wine list. They said they were in the middle of a "transition". Upon ordering we were informed of 2 different menu items that they were "out of". Three people in our party ordered the Prime Rib special that they advertise for Fri. and Sat. night. Before our food came out the waitress came to inform them that they were also OUT of mashed potatos. One of the three orders came to the table cold. It was sent back and they nuked it and then it was over cooked. When she asked for another order they said they were OUT! Apparently we got the last 3 orders of prime rib. The other meals were just ok. I had the buffalo burger which wasn't hot when it arrived either. The burger had very little flavor. To end it all we waited probably 30 minutes for our waitress to separate and figure out our checks. Terrible experience! Will never go back.

My daughter and I have eaten at Diggs many times since their opening. I have had the Ciopinno, Ribs, Steak, Salmon, and much more. My daughter has eaten salads, buffalo burgers, fish and chicken dishes. We are always happy with the food's quality, taste, and serving sizes. And, I don't even mind getting the bill because their prices beat everyone in Durango. Where in Durango can one eat a great rib-eye steak for under $20.00 served with sides.
