I have enjoyed every time that I have eaten at Ken and Sue's, whether for a casual lunch or elegant dinner. The gnoche is to die for! I have have gnoche at several other restaurants and this was one of the best! Their martinis are also excellent!

We went in on Tuesday(10/11,just after 11:00am) because that is the first time we had ever been by and it was open. The hostess was slow to seat us and we asked if we could sit at the bar. Service there was good and the food was great, so since we had company coming from out of town we decided to take them on Friday. Big mistake. The service on Friday was some of the worst I have ever experienced anyplace in the world. It had to be a good 45 minutes before we, or rather my companions got their food and they were half way done with their lunches before I got mine. We stuck it out and ordered dessert. That took 20 minutes to arrive (no we didn't order the molten lava cake). The Creme Brulee is devine, but not worth the wait.
great food, great service

We were on vacation and ran into this find. We ended up eating lunch and dinners 7 times in six days @ Kens and Sues. Everything we chose we LOVED! the appetizers, bar tends were extremely cordial and efficient. It made us feel we were welcome. Thanks guys we really enjoyed you and the food....

I consider Ken & Sue's an upscale restaurant in Durango. Based on the ambiance, menu and presentation. The crazy thing about this place is how inexpensive the lunches are. I can have a delicious udon bowl with steak satay for a $1 more than getting a sandwich. When you look around at the price of lunch and what you get...Ken & Sues is a clear winner.
