Authentic Mexican food

slow, spotty service
by Jim
I have only eaten at the Cortez location and many times for lunch and dinner. The ambiance and food is very good, but I am very frustrated at the slowness of the service. You have to wait forever to get your meal and getting a second drink is almost impossible. It would seem that they would want you out so they can fill the table, but getting your check is a real test of patience. I won't darken their door again.
Great Food, Relaxing Location
by Peter
I've been to both the Cortez and Durango locations recently and both were superb. I had their enchiladas and a specialty house fajita-enchilada that were both awesome. The employees are all very nice, especially since they often deal with irrational, irate, rude tourists (seen "performances" at both). I would HIGHLY recommend Fiesta to anyone with a hankerin' for Mexican.
Good food, good service

Fiesta Mexicana is what you'd expect from a giant, pink Mexican restaurant. It's upbeat, pretty good service and mighty tasty food. I ordered the veggie fajitas and was stoked by the abundance of veggies (lots of onions) and the overall good taste.
Quick Service

The service at Fiesta Mexicana is very quick. It usually takes only fifteen minutes from the time you place an order to have your food delivered to the table. The selection of food is good, and the prices are reasonable. Fiesta Mexicana makes some of the best margaritas in Durango. You can normally get seated at a table fairly quickly. It is a good place to take children because the food arrives quickly at your table.
Like you traveled to Mexico

Authentic Mexican food and decor, excellent service, makes for a good time with a group or, if it is just the two of you, the bar area is more intimate and quiet. Good prices are a bonus.
