Amazingly good Green Chilli w/ pork

just had a bowl of green chili w/ pork and a warm tortilla, it was soooo good! price was real good too. I'd highly recommend Once upon a sandwich. They have a wide variety of great food choices. THE place to go for Lunch in Cortez!

If you want a fresh, healthy sandwich or one of the many unique daily specials, Once Upon a Sandwich is the place to go. Especially if you are in a hurry. Since the downtown business people are their #1 customers they make sure you get your order out fast so you don't have to eat your lunch in a hurry. A Mom & Pop establishment with fresh ingredients. A new Homemade Soup of the Day (or two) every day. My fav meal is the hot Turkey Gouda Wrap! They are only open for lunch from about 11am until approx 2:30, mon - sat and it gets pretty busy around noon on weekdays so go a little early or late unless you can patiently wait for a table...they are that popular.
