aaron schenk: Very disappointed. Carvers was once a good place to go, not any more. I have been eating at Carvers for over 10 years and the last three times have been horrible. Our waitress added 18% gratuity to our tab when there was only 4 of us and wouldn't take it off when we questioned it. The last time we went in, were sat and watched our waitress walk by our table several times with out even acknowledging us, after sitting there for ten minutes we got up and left. It's too bad because I like the food and beer but I will never eat there again due to the HORRIBLE service.

Darla Lange: Always enjoy the food and if you are lucky enough to get Shari as your server, its like watching an artist. Visited last night and was impressed to watch her effectively and graciously handle all the tables.
Officer Leroy: Hands down, best pizza in Four Courner's area. No longer do I have to drive to Denver (Marco's) or Scottsdale (Pomo Pizzeria) to find real brick oven pizza, with it's incredible sauce that tastes like actual tomatoes and not sweetened ragu sauce, crust that is chewy yet crispy at the same time, and the perfect amount of cheese and olive oil to bring it all together. This isn't like the pizza us Americans are used to. If you're new to this style, I highly reccomend starting simple, say the margarita for example. I dare you not to like it!
